Our team consists of three experienced Recruitment Consultants, each with their own style, way of working, and focussing on specific areas within the company.
Esther Pasman works primarily with freelancers and on freelance assignments. Stephany Bernabela focuses on recruitment assignments and candidates looking for a salaried (mid-career) job. Geert Meijer specialises in filling management vacancies and assignments and is responsible for the management of 227 data.
Michiel Vermaas is at the centre of operations at the office. As office manager he runs the office organisation, and fine-tunes our processes and systems on a daily basis. He also supports our consultants in the matching work. Frank Eertink deals with various innovation projects and works to make 227 Data more data-driven. He often works in concert with our own Data Scientist / Engineer, Christian te Riet, who otherwise spends most of his time with our clients.
Last but not least, there is our inventive sourcing team consisting of a group of Utrecht Master students, who enthusiastically carry out sourcing and research activities. We are, as a group, complementary to each other and work closely together. We spar, share knowledge, exchange ideas, and pull out all the stops for finding the best matches. All of this is accomplished with great enthusiasm in a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere.
